Qualifications

• 10+ years of North American I&T corporate experience.
• Proven credit skills from a bank, rating agency, or similar.
• Strong writing and verbal communication.
• Ability to read and analyze complex structures and question issuers.
• Excellent financial modeling skills with spreadsheet proficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead ratings analysis, execution and research for NA transactions.
• Evaluate innovative credit structures and contribute to criteria development.
• Identify trends and present them in industry and market-focused reports/presentations.
• Gather and analyze data and legal documents to produce ratings and credit reports.
• Represent Fitch in conferences, issuer meetings and media communications.
• Collaborate with other Fitch analytical groups to ensure consistency.
