Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Director of Global Corporate Communications for HR and Culture Communications. This hybrid role leads HR comms strategy, advises the CHRO, and partners with HR and corporate communications leadership to strengthen culture and employee experience.

The role requires a strategic, collaborative leader with global experience, governance skills, and the ability to drive measurable impact across internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive communications experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing communications team members.
• Senior communications counselor to senior executives with high-stakes advisory experience.
• Strong background in global/matrixed governance, prioritization and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise HR communications strategy aligned with priorities.
• Serve as senior advisor to CHRO and HR Leadership Team with strategic counsel.
• Establish vision and governance for HR communications function.
• Member of Global Corporate Communications Leadership Team.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing HR comms team and drive outcomes.
• Establish objectives, metrics and insights to measure effectiveness.
