Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Global GTM Recruiting in San Francisco to shape and lead go-to-market recruitment strategy. You will partner with senior commercial leaders and oversee a high-performing team, driving process optimization and data-driven workforce planning.

This role focuses on executive engagement, analytics, and scalable recruiting in a fast-moving technology environment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in global talent acquisition leadership.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global GTM Recruiting to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape and lead global recruiting strategy for go-to-market functions, partnering closely with senior commercial leaders to forecast talent needs and support business growth. The position will oversee a high-performing recruiting team, strengthen hiring processes, and use data-driven insights to improve candidate experience and workforce planning. It is well suited for a recruiting leader who can operate strategically across executive stakeholders, analytics, and process optimization in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $224,000 – $308,000 annually
