Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex programmatic and financial data into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Strong project management across multiple deliverables and stakeholders.
• Experience leading a cross-cultural team and engaging international donors.
• Fluency with Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pipeline of funder-facing deliverables, including proposals, pitches, reports, and site visit itineraries, ensuring deadlines and funder requirements are met.
• Partner with program and finance teams to translate data and outcomes into donor-ready narratives.
• Lead a small, cross-cultural team and foster collaboration across geography.
• Represent Noora Health externally at Africa-based meetings and with funders as needed; coordinate donor visits.
• Contribute to global Development strategy, messaging, and priorities by working with program, finance, and communications teams.
