Job summary

Global Health Corps seeks a Director of Development to lead planning and execution of fundraising efforts across individuals, corporate partners, and foundations. The role drives strategy, builds strong donor relationships, and collaborates with program, communications, and M&E teams to showcase impact.

You will manage a three-person development team, work closely with the CEO and leadership, and supervise grants management and reporting to funders. Travel up to 20% annually is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years work experience in fundraising, development, or related fields.
• Experience planning and implementing fundraising strategies that secure support from individuals, corporates, and foundations.
• Experience in public health, social justice, or international development.
• Proven experience cultivating and managing teams.
• Experience with Salesforce, Asana, Dropbox, Google tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute GHC’s development strategy to meet or exceed fundraising goals from individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Collaborate with communications, programs, and monitoring and evaluation teams to demonstrate impact of GHC’s work.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly reports and presentations to Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
