Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. (MSD) in North Wales, PA seeks a Director of Global Respiratory FP&A to partner with the SVP Global Marketing, delivering revenue forecasts, budgeting, and long-range planning for the US market.

You will lead financial reporting, provide insights on franchise performance, support brand launches and lifecycle management, and collaborate with manufacturing and supply finance to optimize resources.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Finance.
Strong managerial / leadership skills (vertical and horizontal leadership).
Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
Highly motivated with strong customer focus orientation.
Flexibility to travel between NJ and PA sites.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A for Global Respiratory including budget, forecasts, and 5-year plan for US market.
Provide commentary and metrics on franchise performance to Corporate Financial Services and Investor Relations.
Support financial execution of brand strategies through launch to lifecycle management.
Ensure ongoing interactions with manufacturing/supply finance & operations colleagues to meet short-term and long-term supply needs.
Identify and deploy mitigation plans for significant business risks & opportunities.
