Job summary

Foundever is seeking a Director, Corporate Facilities to lead a safe, efficient, and compliant facilities program across multiple locations. You will manage maintenance, asset lifecycle, energy efficiency initiatives, and subcontractors to ensure SLAs are met while supporting the regional facilities team.

You will supervise staff, coordinate data-driven reports, and present financials to senior leadership, driving value and sustainability across the Americas and Asia Pacific regions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of facilities management experience with at least 5 years in supervisory roles.
• Preferred degree in Facility/Property Management or Building Services.
• Experience in a BPO/CX setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, direct, monitor and control daily performance of operations, maintenance and facility team members and ensure that all activities are performed.
• Deliver the plan preventive maintenance and ensure all work orders and assignments are completed.
• Inspect facilities on an on-going basis to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of all facility personnel and level of service provider.
• Responsible for condition surveys and populating the forward maintenance data base.
• Take ownership for incidents and ensure prompt escalation and command and control with peers, direct reports and subcontractors.
• Manage changes within the critical environment and ensure proper documentation, notification, and approvals from stakeholders.
• Submit/update regular operational reporting for each building in the assigned sub-region.
• Coordinate with team members for collection and consolidation of monthly operating and performance related reporting across the wider Asia Pacific region.
• Develops and presents monthly financial reports to Ameripac Leadership; assemble annual SGA and CAPEX budgets.
