Job summary

Foundever, a global CX leader, is seeking a Director, Corporate Facilities to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant facility operations for occupants across regions. You will oversee asset lifecycle, energy efficiency, and renewable/carbon offsets, manage staff and subcontractors, and ensure SLAs are met while aligning with regional facilities teams.

You will drive preventive maintenance plans, lead incident response, coordinate cross-location reporting, and develop monthly financial reports

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities management with supervisory experience.
• Experience in BPO/CX environment preferred.
• Degree in facility/property management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of facilities and maintenance teams.
• Deliver preventive maintenance plans and manage work orders.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, energy efficiency, and sustainability efforts.
• Coordinate across locations for reporting and SLAs.
• Direct incident response with stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX, and financial reporting for leadership.
