Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Director, Solutions Data Centers to lead the design and articulation of integrated facilities management solutions for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI/HPC data center portfolios. This client-facing role focuses on engineering solutioning, staffing, and commercial constructs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in facilities management or engineering services, including 5+ years in data center or mission-critical environments.
• 5+ years in FM solutions development, bid management, or senior operations with staffing and cost build-ups.
• Experience building critical-facilities staffing models and defending them to technical clients.
• Working knowledge of data center infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, BMS/EPMS, fire life safety).
• Fluency in FM pricing, SLA/KPI regimes, and advanced Excel modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for data center IFM pursuits across portfolios.
• Translate client requirements into defensible operating models.
• Develop labor models, org charts, and scope matrices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops, HR, Talent, Procurement, Finance, EHS, Legal, Tech to assemble integrated solutions.
• Author and orchestrate technical responses: narrative, staffing, mobilization, governance.
