Job summary

Google's Data Center CSRM organization seeks a Director to define and execute the global operational direction, strategy, and governance for data center compliance, strategy, and risk management. You will lead a high-impact team of program managers and operational leaders, shaping multi-year planning and cross-functional alignment across CSRM, GDC, Cloud CISO, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience leading business operations, vendor management frameworks (VMO), or organizational transformation programs.
• 15 years of experience in business operations, strategic program management, or technical infrastructure operations, or 13 years with an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Define and direct the overarching multi-year business operations outlook, portfolio governance, and OKR frameworks for the global CSRM organization across Google Data Centers.
• Direct the CSRM Central Operations engine, incubating critical strategic initiatives, integrating complex workstreams, and establishing scalable operating models across the entire data center lifecycle.
• Oversee the Vendor Management Office (VMO) and strategic supply base, establishing commercial oversight, performance benchmarking, contractual governance, and fiscal discipline for global partner networks.
• Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) framework to deploy programs and products across teams and the fleet, driving executive alignment across GDC, Cloud CISO, and engineering teams.
