Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years leading business operations, vendor management frameworks, or organizational transformation.
• 15+ years in business operations, strategic program management, or technical infrastructure operations (or 13 years with advanced degree).

Responsibilities

• Define and direct the overarching multi-year business operations outlook, portfolio governance, and OKR frameworks for the global CSRM organization across Google Data Centers.
• Direct the CSRM Central Operations engine, incubating critical strategic initiatives, integrating complex workstreams, and establishing scalable operating models across the entire data center lifecycle.
• Oversee the Vendor Management Office (VMO) and strategic supply base, establishing commercial oversight, performance benchmarking, contractual governance, and fiscal discipline for global partner networks.
• Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) framework to deploy programs and products across teams and the fleet, driving executive alignment across GDC, Cloud CISO, and engineering teams.
