Job summary

Google's Data Center Compliance, Strategy, and Risk Management (CSRM) team leads security across Google’s data centers and全球 infrastructure. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical discipline.
• 15 years in technical infrastructure, ICSS/SCADA, or cybersecurity engineering.
• 7 years in executive leadership, managing teams.
• 15 years leading technical security programs and risk governance.
• Experience across enterprise OT and critical infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year security architectures and defense-in-depth for global OT systems.
• Establish governance across GDC, Cloud CISO, Engineering for unified security architectures.
• Build and scale a global organization of managers, engineers, and program leaders.
• Advise executives on OT, cyber threats and strategic roadmaps to protect assets.
