Job summary

The International Rescue Committee seeks a Director, Compensation, Benefits & Global Mobility to lead a global function aligned with IRC strategy. This executive will design and implement compensation and benefits programs, global mobility policies, and related governance across a large, diverse organization.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong analytical and project management skills, and the ability to integrate US and international programs. Limited travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of progressive P&C experience with at least 10 years leading compensation/benefits/global mobility teams in a global setting.
• Experience designing US program design, regulatory requirements, market practices and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of compensation, benefits, and global mobility philosophy, strategy and plans.
• Oversee benchmarking, job evaluation, pay scale development and administration.
• Direct salary planning, policy development, and program implementation across countries.
• Manage global mobility policy, assignment benefits and related services with cross-border funding.
• Mentor and develop senior staff, set objectives, and drive performance.
