The IRC seeks a talented, results-oriented Director, Compensation, Benefits & Global Mobility to lead this key function in support of IRC strategy and mission. As an integral member of the IRC's HR leadership team, the Director will oversee the execution of IRC's global compensation, benefits & global mobility strategy, ensuring the organization remains competitive, equitable and proactive in the design and implementation of compensation, benefits and global mobility programs and policies to drive impact across our large, diverse and global organization. The director will have specialized experience with all aspects of international compensation, benefits, and global mobility, including expertise working on the integration of international and US programs, contributing to the design of compensation and benefits philosophy, strategy, plans and programs. The director will possess strong analytical and project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to operate with minimal direction. The director will stay abreast of trends in the US and international markets, network with other compensation and benefits professionals, and provide thought leadership regarding progressive practices to attract and retain the right talent for IRC.
Position Reports to: Chief People and Culture Officer Direct Reports: 3 senior, experienced professionals in compensation, benefits and global mobility Key Internal Relationships: Global P&C team including country P&C leads Finance, General Counsel and IT Senior and Executive management including regional directors, country directors and executive board Key External Relationships: Benefits broker and retirement advisor Vendors/providers and consultants INGO counterpart Legal counsel Compensation, benefits and global mobility associations and networks

Compensation: (US Pay Rate: $175,000 - $195,000/yr; UK Pay Rate: £85,000 -£100,000/yr ). Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
