Qualifications

• BA/BS in relevant field is required.
• Approximately 10 years of trial management experience in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH, and global regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct execution of global Phase 2/3 studies aligning with enrollment goals and timelines.
• Line-manage trial managers and CTAs; provide expert counsel for issue resolution.
• Provide Clinical Operations leadership under the Executive Director of Clinical Development Operations.
• Contribute to Clinical Development Plans and operational strategy.
• Work with Clinical Study Teams to develop and implement study plans.
