Job summary

The role requires 4+ years in clinical trial management, deep GCP/ICH/FDA knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 20%. A hybrid schedule in the South San Francisco area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, executing, and delivering clinical trials.
• Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Hybrid work schedule in the South San Francisco area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall study or program deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate activities across all study phases (planning, site qualification, monitoring, data review, closeout).
• Maintain study timelines and communicate issues impacting budget or schedule.
• Lead risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee CROs and other outsourced vendors for studies and programs.
• Assist in vendor selection and performance oversight.
• Develop and review essential study documents and specifications.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
