Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Global Business Resiliency to join a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This role owns the global business resiliency and physical security strategy, ensuring the organization is prepared to prevent, respond to, and recover from disruptions.

Location: Remote, compensation: $150,000–$180,000 annually. The role partners with cross-functional teams to build scalable programs, standards, and a virtual security operations capability in a highly regulated global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in physical security and/or business resiliency in regulated industries.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role for physical security or business resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global physical security programs and policies.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on physical security and business resiliency.
• Lead and manage the global security program, with a focus on strategy and vision.
• Oversee business resiliency planning and crisis management initiatives.
• Establish a virtual security operations center to support operational security needs.
• Drive compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures and response plans.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Business Resiliency to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will own the global business resiliency and physical security strategy, ensuring the organization is prepared to prevent, respond to, and recover from operational disruptions. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams across a complex matrix environment to strengthen crisis readiness, security governance, and enterprise-wide response capabilities. A key focus of the position is building scalable programs, standards, and a virtual security operations capability that support resilient operations in a highly regulated global setting.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
