Lead the strategic partnership between PTC and TCS Industrial Autonomy and Engirting Business Unit, with a primary focus on converting PTC's Intelligent Product Lifecycle portfolio into scalable industry propositions, joint sales motions and large transformation opportunities. The role will build on PTC's evolution across PLM, ALM and SLM/FSM, connecting product engineering, software, service and lifecycle management through a digital thread. The Alliance Manager will work closely with PTC, IAE subunits, geographies and account teams to create differentiated solutions and convert them into qualified pipeline and TCV.

Develop and execute the annual PTC–IAE Joint Business Plan and GTM agenda.
Identify priority industries, accounts, transformation themes and whitespace opportunities.
Translate PTC's portfolio evolution into differentiated IAE propositions.
Build a balanced portfolio of short-term pursuits and longer-term strategic growth plays.
Own the PTC alliance pipeline across IAE and work with account teams to create, qualify and progress opportunities.
Develop co-sell motions with PTC and identify opportunities where joint selling can create larger transformation engagements.
Engage directly with customers and senior stakeholders to shape business problems and transformation agendas.
Drive pipeline from opportunity identification through solutioning, proposal and closure.
Maintain strong understanding of TCV, pipeline coverage, win probability and commercial progression.
The candidate should be able to engage credibly with business and technology leaders around areas such as: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Service Lifecycle Management (SLM), Field Service Management (FSM), Digital Thread / Digital Product Definition, Software-defined product, Product engineering transformation, Connected / intelligent products, Product-service transformation, Service transformation and field operations, Engineering-to-service lifecycle integration. The expectation is not to be a PTC product specialist, but to understand the business problem sufficiently deeply to shape an enterprise solution with PTC and IAE solution teams.
Identify recurring enterprise problems where PTC can be positioned as part of a broader transformation. Develop repeatable large-deal constructs rather than relying exclusively on individual product opportunities. Work with IAE solution leaders to create reference architectures, propositions, value cases and reusable assets. Connect PTC capabilities with complementary TCS/IAE capabilities across engineering, manufacturing, service, cloud, data and AI.
Build trusted relationships with PTC's sales, alliances, product and industry leadership. Align PTC's priorities with IAE Subunits and geographic business teams. Work with other strategic technology partners where a multi-partner solution creates greater customer value. Establish executive relationships capable of supporting strategic pursuits and joint market development.
Own the PTC Alliance Growth Agenda, JBP and monthly performance rhythm. Track pipeline, TCV, co-sell activity, strategic pursuits and partner contribution. Prepare concise executive-level updates for IAE and PTC leadership. Ensure alliance data and opportunity information are current, validated and actionable.
