Capital One in Illinois seeks a results-oriented Business Director to shape global acceptance strategy and partner with senior leaders. You will translate complex questions into structured, analytics-driven recommendations and lead a high-performing team across cross-functional groups.

You will drive short- and long-term initiatives, evaluate major deals, analyze market trends, and deliver executive briefings to influence strategic direction in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 4+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of financial services experience.
• 1+ year of consulting experience.

Responsabilités

• Strategic leadership: Develop growth, profitability and competitive strategies for Capital One.
• Leadership: Manage and develop analysts; mentor associates.
• Execution: Deliver against strategy; oversee multiple projects and programs.
• Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and others to improve quality, volume, service and profitability.
• Strategic/analytic orientation: Strong analytics to support decisions in marketing and risk management.
• Executive communication: Present narratives and recommendations to senior leadership.
