Qualifications

• 3+ years managing an automotive repair facility or working as an automotive service writer.
• Solid understanding of automotive mechanical systems and current repair industry trends.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facility Operations: manage opening/closing procedures, site cleanliness and shop organization.
• Lead the Workflow: direct technician schedules, assign repair jobs and perform quality checks.
• Drive Sales & Estimating: create accurate quotes, sell repairs and order parts.
• Manage Logistics: schedule service repairs, tow-ins, track parts inventory and billing.
• Elevate Customer Service: build trust, answer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Mentor the Team: maintain a motivated staff and nurture relationships with owners and technicians.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
