The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of automotive maintenance and repair experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and you must own a professional set of tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments.
• Mounting and balancing tires; inspect TPMS and replace sensors when needed.
• Check battery condition and replace batteries as needed.
• Inspect suspension components, fluid levels, belts, and filters.
• Communicate vehicle condition and recommended repairs to customers and management.
• Maintain accurate records of services and parts used.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow shop safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Performing routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments.
• Mounting and balancing tires.
• Performing tire repairs using tire plugs.
• Inspecting and maintaining Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
• Replacing and relearning TPMS sensors when necessary.
• Checking battery condition and replacing batteries when needed.
• Checking and adjusting tire pressure to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspecting vehicles for oil leaks and other maintenance concerns.
• Inspecting front suspension components for wear or potential safety issues.
• Checking and maintaining vehicle fluid levels, filters, belts, and other routine maintenance items.
• Performing minor repairs, such as replacing bulbs and other basic components.
• Performing preventive maintenance to improve vehicle safety, reliability, and longevity.
• Communicating clearly with customers, technicians, and management regarding vehicle condition and recommended repairs.
• Troubleshooting maintenance concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Following proper shop safety procedures and industry standards.
• Managing time effectively and maintaining a productive workflow.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
