Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, G&A Applications to lead strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of the G&A app portfolio at our Waltham headquarters.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of progressive experience supporting, implementing, and leading enterprise applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; PMP is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of G&A processes and enterprise applications for Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and related functions.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS applications such as NetSuite, Agiloft, ADP Workforce Now, Concur, etc.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale implementations, enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation in regulated environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve objectives.
• Experience in regulated life sciences environments (GxP, SOX, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity, audit readiness, etc.).
• Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with strategic and hands-on execution.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver results in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong ethical standards and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to understand needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Execute strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the G&A application portfolio.
• Serve as technical lead and application owner for G&A systems, guiding configuration, integrations, and design.
• Lead cross-functional technology initiatives from concept through deployment with strong planning and risk management.
• Maintain roadmaps and designs for G&A systems aligned with business strategies and scalability.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, performance, and service delivery to maximize value and mitigate risk.
