Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investment accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, asset management, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of investment portfolios, forecasting methodologies, and accounting/reporting frameworks.
• Experience analyzing investment performance across fixed income, mortgage, equity, and alternative asset classes.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.
• Passion for process improvement, technology, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, analysis, and reporting of Net Investment Income, book yield, and portfolio spreads.
• Develop and enhance driver-based forecasting models across multiple asset classes.
• Analyze actual versus forecast performance and identify key earnings drivers.
• Translate complex accounting outcomes into meaningful business insights and forward-looking projections.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, performance reporting, and executive-level presentations.
• Drive automation, reporting enhancements, and process improvement initiatives leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools.
• Partner with investment, finance, and technology teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
