Qualifications

• 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred.
• Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct a Fund Accounting area responsible for accounting services.
• Manage financial and human resources for the unit.
• Execute business plans and contribute to functional strategy development.
• Oversee client relationship management and service levels.
• Provide oversight on financial statement disclosures and compliance.
• Develop policies for drafting financial reports and communicate with clients.
• Recruit and develop staff to maximize performance.
• Manage multiple Fund/Client Accounting teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
