Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial role; prior people management experience preferred.
• Logistics, 3PL, or supply chain industry experience preferred but not required.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills required.
• Experience with FP&A/ERP systems (Anaplan, Workday) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) desired.
• Proven track record as trusted financial partner to senior leadership; influence resource allocation and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all FP&A processes for the Supply Chain Solutions segment, including budget, long-range plan, and rolling forecasts across service lines.
• Produce and improve monthly and quarterly segment reporting (P&L, volume, revenue, gross profit, KPIs) for exec and board audiences.
• Build advanced financial models and scenario analyses for investments and operating decisions.
• Partner with segment leaders to analyze revenue, gross profit, and KPIs; identify gaps and actions.
• Support service-line integration into the segment with combined reporting and synergy tracking.
• Deliver executive-level financial presentations and board materials with clarity and conviction.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain Solutions, Operations, Sales, and Technology to improve financial support.
• Drive FP&A tools, systems (Anaplan), and KPI reporting automation.
• Provide ad hoc analyses for strategic decisions, including new service lines and M&A integration.
