Netflix, Inc. is seeking a Director to lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for the Film business in Los Angeles.

The role partners with Film leadership to oversee short- and long-range financial planning for live-action and animated film slates, building scalable processes and robust financial systems. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in finance, with FP&A or strategic finance experience in entertainment or tech, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment.
• Experience in FP&A, management consulting, or strategic finance in tech, media, or entertainment.
• MBA a plus; excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Film FP&A team.
• Oversee the forecast and long-range plan for the Film organization; identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Film Leadership and Strategy teams to ensure plans align with business strategy.
• Design and implement scalable forecasting and reporting workflows for efficiency and consistency.
• Develop financial KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure impact and support leadership decisions.
