Job summary

M3 is seeking a strategic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and finance transformation. This role partners with executive leadership to deliver actionable insights, strengthen financial visibility, and drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear executive insights.
• Experience with enterprise planning, BI platforms like Tableau or Workday Adaptive Insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and financial modeling.
• Partner with executives to evaluate performance, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate complex financial information into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee executive reporting, management packs, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Advance planning platforms, automation, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Coach and develop FP&A and analytics team members.
• Build trusted partnerships across Finance, Technology, Data Analytics, Operations, and other functions.
