DIRECTOR OF FP&A

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis while partnering closely with executive leadership and key business functions. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a strategic finance leader who can turn financial data into actionable business insights.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics
• Develop financial models and provide insights to support business decisions
• Partner with senior leadership and department leaders on financial strategy
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis
• Lead and develop the FP&A function and drive process improvements
• Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial leaders
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• MBA, CPA, or other advanced certification is a plus
