Job summary

Air Transport Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A in Wilmington, Ohio. The role leads consolidated financial planning, budgeting, and long-range modeling for the enterprise, owning the planning system, data model, and executive reporting.

The successful candidate will drive standardized processes, partner with business-unit finance leaders, and deliver board-ready analyses while building scalable, systemized forecasting capabilities across ATSG’s multi-entity operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline required.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling and executive reporting experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated annual budget and monthly forecast processes across all ATSG business units.
• Consolidate submissions into an enterprise view of revenue, earnings, EBITDA, cash flow, capex, headcount, and balance sheet.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise performance management and planning system.
• Produce management reporting and dashboards connecting operational and financial data.
• Lead and develop the Corporate FP&A team and standardize planning methodology.
