Job summary

ATSG, based in Wilmington, OH, is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A to lead consolidated planning, forecasting, and capital allocation across all business units. You will own the enterprise forecast and budget rollup, and drive financial planning standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Ten years of progressive finance experience, with exposure to corporate or consolidated FP&A.
• Experience owning a multi-entity budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycle end to end.
• Experience preparing executive and Board-level reporting and presenting to senior audiences.
• Experience building integrated three-statement financial models.
• Experience implementing or administering enterprise planning systems (EPM/ERP).
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated planning, budgeting, forecasting, and rollup across ATSG units.
• Establish standard planning methodology, model architecture, and definition governance.
• Own enterprise performance management, data model, and consolidated reporting.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly management reporting to executive leadership and the Board.
• Develop long-range planning and capital allocation models and scenario analysis.
• Recruit, lead, and develop the Corporate FP&A team; drive standardization and process improvement.
