Job summary

Air Transport Services Group Inc is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A to lead consolidated financial planning and analysis for all ATSG units. You will own the enterprise forecast and budget, drive the planning center of excellence, and prepare board-ready materials.

The role connects finance across units, owns the data model for consolidated reporting, and builds long-range models for capital allocation and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive finance experience, with significant time in corporate or consolidated financial planning and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience owning a multi-entity budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycle end to end.
• Demonstrated experience preparing executive and Board-level reporting and presenting to senior audiences.
• Demonstrated experience building integrated three-statement and long-range financial models.
• Experience defining and driving adoption of financial standards across a decentralized organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated annual budget and monthly forecast processes across ATSG business units.
• Consolidate submissions into an enterprise view of revenue, earnings, EBITDA, cash flow, capex, headcount, and balance sheet.
• Partner with Finance leaders to ensure consistent methodology and assumptions.
• Produce enterprise variance analysis with clear attribution to business units.
• Define and enforce standard planning methodology and templates across teams.
• Own the enterprise calendar for forecast, reporting, and review milestones.
