Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent; required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience; 8+ years FP&A, biotech preferred.
• US GAAP knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• FP&A business partner to Commercial and risto-cel programs.
• Oversee planning cycle activities and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct monthly budget vs. actual analyses.
• Track risks and opportunities in the budget and forecast.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for long-range planning.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Commercial on revenue forecasts.
