Job summary

Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a Finance Manager to lead management reporting, budgeting, and strategic analysis. You will drive variance analysis, partner with senior leadership, and steer cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and cost management.

In this role, you will develop high-quality analytics and executive presentations, oversee annual targets and budgets, and guide transformation efforts acrossFinance, Marketing, and Pricing.

• Provides analytical support on special projects to inform decisions.
• Maintains relationships with senior leadership to support strategic goals.
• Leads transformation initiatives and cost-reduction efforts.

• Coordinates with Financial Systems, Accounting, Marketing, and Pricing.
