Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in institutional fundraising or grant strategy.
• Proven success securing five- and six-figure grants.
• Ability to build a robust pipeline of funding opportunities.
• Strong strategic thinking and revenue planning.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling.
• Experience managing complex proposals and reporting.
• Collaborative, proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute Shatterproof’s institutional giving strategy.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of foundation and institutional funding opportunities.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward institutional funders.
• Develop engagement plans for prospects and funders.
• Lead grant proposals, reports, and stewardship materials.
• Collaborate across programs, finance, marketing, and leadership.
• Track deadlines, reporting, pipeline movement, and revenue forecasts.
• Strengthen fundraising systems and donor engagement.
• Maintain donor and pipeline records in the CRM.
• Contribute to organizational growth planning.
