The Role
Reporting to the Vice President, Philanthropic Investment, the Director, Institutional Giving will help lead and evolve Shatterproof’s institutional fundraising strategy, with a focus on foundation and grant‑based revenue growth. This role is both strategic and externally facing, responsible for building a strong pipeline of institutional funding opportunities, deepening funder relationships, and helping shape a modern institutional giving strategy aligned to Shatterproof’s long‑term growth priorities.
Working closely with the VP, Philanthropic Investment, this leader will help identify emerging funding opportunities, develop multi‑year engagement strategies, strengthen institutional positioning, and expand philanthropic investment across national, regional, and mission‑aligned foundations.
