Netskope is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our Foundation Engineering team. You will guide distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven productivity across 100+ data centers, mentoring managers and setting technical direction.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in software engineering with 5+ years managing managers, deep Kubernetes and infra expertise, and a track record of delivering scalable, high-availability services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience managing managers and multi-team orgs.
• Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering managers and tech leads across global teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery of foundational services across data centers.
• Collaborate with Product and PM for aligned priorities; remove roadblocks.
