Qualifications

• Prior experience working with a child-placement agency is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight of the foster care and adoption program.
• Coordinate the Foster Care and Adoption program according to performance standards.
• Review and sign paperwork completed by Case Managers.
• Interview, hire, and train employee applicants.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word

Proficiency with Excel

Knowledge of database systems

Experience with child welfare system

Ability to pass background checks

Education

Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling
