The South Carolina United Methodist Conference is seeking a Director of Foster Care and Adoption for the Pee Dee Region. This role is responsible for overseeing the foster care program, ensuring quality care, and managing a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and significant experience in child welfare, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Competenze

• Minimum 5 years experience working with children in child welfare.
• South Carolina Certified Adoption Specialist Certification within 6 months.
• Must become certified NCI and certified MAPP trainer within 1 year.
