• Develops policies, procedures, techniques, and strategies to implement and enforce the FTZ Act and Board regulations regarding FTZ applications and ongoing activities.
• Advises the Executive Secretary on critical program responsibilities related to Board proceedings, including new FTZs, subzones, expansions, reorganizations, and production authority.
• Provides authoritative counsel to Board delegates and senior officials on issues needing higher-level decisions; participates in panels addressing FTZ program issues.
• Delivers data, analyses, and position papers to support high-level program goals and governmental objectives.
