Job summary

BeneLynk is seeking a Director of Operations for Veteran-Directed Care & Self-Directed Services (FMS). This remote role leads payroll, onboarding, EVV, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliant, scalable operations across programs.

The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years in FI/FMS leadership, deep Medicaid self-direction knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive participant-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
• 2–4+ years of progressive leadership in FI/FMS or self-directed care programs.
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid self-direction models and regulations.
• Experience managing multi-state or complex program operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day FMS operations across payroll, onboarding, EVV, and workflows.
• Scale operational processes for self-directed care programs and cross-state operations.
• Translate VP strategy into detailed plans, KPIs, and attribution.
• Oversee compliance with federal/state regulations and internal controls.
• Partner with Legal/Compliance and care teams for policy updates and audits.
