Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to build and scale centralized fleet-wide operations across a multi-site portfolio. You will design uniform operating standards, management systems, and performance cadences; integrate acquisitions and partner with multiple departments to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

In the first 12–24 months, you will assess current-state practices, deploy a centralized model, consolidate disparate site practices, and

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or equivalent; substitutions allowed year-for-year.
10+ years in power generation operations and maintenance with multi-site leadership.
3+ years as Plant Manager or equivalent leadership with safety and budget accountability.
Valid driver's license.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence: safety, regulatory compliance, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
Develop fleet metrics and dashboards; establish uniform definitions and reporting routines.
Lead annual and multi-year budgeting, outage and capital plans; ensure disciplined execution.
Develop and execute vendor/contract strategy to optimize cost and performance.
Support M&A due diligence, integration planning, and stand-up of new sites.
