Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Director of Operations to stand up and scale centralized fleet-wide operations across multiple sites. You will implement uniform operating standards, management systems, and performance cadences, and integrate acquired assets while partnering with multiple departments to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

The role requires building a centralized operating model, standardizing practices, and driving a high-performance culture with talent

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent; substitution with experience allowed.
10+ years in power generation operations and multi-site leadership.
3+ years as Plant Manager with safety, availability, and budget accountability.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong analytical and communications skills; ability to lead across functions.

Responsibilities

Drive safety, reliability, efficiency, and cost competitiveness across the fleet.
Partner with Asset Management and Finance to translate ops drivers into economics.
Develop fleet metrics, dashboards, and standard definitions.
Lead annual and multi-year O&M planning and budgeting.
Oversee vendor/contract strategy to optimize cost and performance.
Support M&A due diligence and integration of new sites.
Lead change management and cross-functional initiatives.
