Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in power generation operations and maintenance.
• Plant leadership: 3+ years as Plant Manager or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong analytical and business-case skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence: safety performance, regulatory compliance, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
• Translate operational drivers into production economics and capital allocation trade-offs.
• Develop fleet metrics with uniform definitions, dashboards, and root-cause routines.
• Lead annual and multi-year planning cycles, budgets and capital plans.
• Develop and execute vendor/contract strategy to optimize cost and performance.
• Support M&A; integrate new sites into standards and systems.
• Enable multi-technology execution across the fleet and adapt to new tech.
• Build a high-performance culture with clear expectations and accountability.
• Coach Plant Managers and build bench strength for succession.
