Social Capital Resources is seeking an experienced Head of Fixed Income Operations to lead a team delivering post-trade capacity across bonds, U.S. Treasuries, and related products.

You will partner with trading, tech, compliance and other teams to drive risk controls and process improvements. The role combines people leadership with hands-on oversight, focusing on workflows, settlements, and client clearing, while ensuring regulatory alignment and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial services experience with a strong background in Fixed Income Operations.
• Experience managing and developing an operations team.
• Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle for corporate bonds and U.S. Treasuries.
• Experience supporting repo, securities financing and/or fixed income prime brokerage.
• Strong understanding of clearing, settlements, trade breaks, fails and post-trade controls.
• Familiarity with DTCC/FICC, Fedwire and institutional settlement processes.
• Experience with fixed income platforms; exposure to Broadridge, Pershing, Bloomberg or similar tools.
• Understanding of regulatory trade reporting and broker-dealer operational requirements.
• FINRA Series 99 preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Proven ability to improve processes and controls across Front Office, Operations, Technology and Compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation of new products, workflows, systems and initiatives.
• Ensure processes align with regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Develop procedures, controls and reporting for a scalable, well-controlled operating environment.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for fixed income operational matters.

We are working with an established financial services firm seeking an experienced Head of Fixed Income Operations to lead a team supporting a broad fixed income trading platform.

This individual will oversee day-to-day operational coverage across multiple fixed income products while partnering closely with trading, technology, compliance and other internal teams. The role combines people leadership with hands-on operational oversight and will have significant responsibility for controls, process improvement, vendor management and the continued development of the function.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of financial services experience with a strong background in Fixed Income Operations.
• Previous experience managing and developing an operations team.
• Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle for corporate bonds and U.S. Treasuries.
• Experience supporting repo, securities financing and/or fixed income prime brokerage is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of clearing, settlements, trade breaks, fails and post-trade controls.
• Familiarity with DTCC/FICC, Fedwire and institutional settlement processes.
• Experience working with fixed income trading and operations platforms; exposure to systems such as Broadridge, Pershing, Bloomberg or comparable platforms is preferred.
• Understanding of regulatory trade reporting and broker-dealer operational requirements.
• FINRA Series 99 preferred or willingness to obtain as required.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, strengthen controls and work effectively across Front Office, Operations, Technology and Compliance.
