Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 12+ years in consumer lending regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading compliance programs in fintech or bank-partner models with multi-state scope.
• Excellent executive communication, judgment, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, enhancement, and execution of the Compliance Management System (CMS) across jurisdictions.
• Oversee enterprise regulatory risk assessments, control evaluation, and remediation tracking.
• Manage governance of issues, reporting to senior leadership and risk committees.
• Provide guidance on product development, partnerships, and technology-enabled controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing compliance team.
