Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is hiring a Director, Compliance Risk to lead the Compliance Management System across a fast-growing fintech platform. Based in one of several offices, this role partners with Legal, Risk, Product, and Technology to translate regulations into scalable controls.

The senior leader will guide risk assessments, issue remediation, and executive reporting while shaping a strong compliance culture across the organization. Remote work may be considered in exceptional cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required with 12+ years in regulatory compliance.
• ,
• 10+ years in consumer lending regulatory compliance in fintech or bank partnerships preferred.
• Excellent executive communication, strong analytical and risk management skills.
• Experience building scalable compliance programs in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and ongoing execution of the Compliance Management System (CMS) across the enterprise.
• Oversee enterprise-wide regulatory risk assessments and remediation tracking.
• Provide strategic guidance to Product, Legal, Risk, and Technology on regulatory matters.
• Manage governance of policies, change management, and third-party oversight.
• Deliver executive reporting and partner with Internal Audit and regulators as needed.
