Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead our financial reporting, oversee technical accounting matters, and strengthen internal controls. The role collaborates across accounting policy, complex transactions, and cross‑functional teams in a high‑impact environment.

You will manage quarterly and annual statements, drive internal control enhancements, and partner with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and Operations on accounting implications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Clearable U.S. Citizenship required.
• CPA required.
• 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and corporate reporting.
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP and technical accounting.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

What You Must Have:

Virginia Pay Range

$160,000—$170,000 USD
