Qualifications

Overview

ImageFIRST is a rapidly growing private equity-held healthcare laundry services business, evolving into a top-tier organization with a strong cultural footprint, a focus on continuous improvement, and recognition of the need for new levels of discipline and execution across the company. We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Director of Financial Reporting to join our senior HR team in Elmsford, NY.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Director of Financial Analysis will be:

  1. Responsible for all monthly financial reporting (actuals, budget, and prior year comparisons) to leadership and Calera, and ownership of related systems supporting reporting (Oracle EPM, etc.); also responsible for quarterly reporting to the Board and ad hoc/miscellaneous reporting related to P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  2. Responsible for the annual operating plan and developing the monthly process for reporting forecast results.
  3. Active role in exit readiness projects led by VP-Data Analytics, including coordinating efforts directly with Calera.
  4. Responsible for developing more effective, forward-looking reports and analyses of KPIs measured throughout the Company.
  5. Reports to VP-FP&A.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related fields.
  • PE experience of 2+ years.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities.
  • Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills.
  • Ability to create and refine complex operational financial models.
