POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) will play a key role performing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that support major corporate decisions of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. Will oversee all corporate forecast initiatives and provide analysis and anticipated impact of variances. The position will be responsible for leading cross-functional efforts to develop departmental level budgets that feed into a consolidated forecast for review by the Executive Committee; analyzing forecasts to plan and develop actionable insights from such variance. FP & A Director will also work on various special projects as determined by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Such projects may entail scenario planning, long-range planning and other special projects.
The position is based on-site in Boston, MA .

EDUCATION
A Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field are required.
