Job summary

Integrity Wealth seeks a Business Development Director to recruit independent financial advisors to the platform, owning the advisor relationship from lead through signed agreement — leading discovery, platform and financial proposals, home office visits, and final commitment — and representing Integrity's differentiated value across life, health, wealth, and annuities to advisors evaluating their next platform.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years recruiting or selling to independent financial advisors.
• Documented record of recruiting advisor practices and owning a personal recruited-asset production target.
• Experience in wealth management business development and platform economics.

Responsibilities

• Own advisor relationships from qualified lead through letter of intent and structured recruiting playbook.
• Deliver financial proposals, home office visits, and reference calls; co-lead legal review to close.
• Hand off deal records and manage recruiting pipelines toward final commitment.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy in CRM; contribute to transitions.
